HER: Rooted & Rising A 3-Week Guided Online Experience for Women HER is a 3-week online program created for women who are strong, capable, and often carrying more than anyone realizes. It offers space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect — without pressure, performance, or the need to fix yourself. Through guided reflection, journaling, gentle breath and movement, and intentional pauses, HER supports women in becoming more grounded, more embodied, and more clear about how they want to rise forward. This is not a hustle-based program. It’s a supportive one. What You’ll Experience Week 1 — Honoring Our Roots: Ground into your personal history, ancestry, and lived experience with compassion. Week 2 — Embodied Healing: Reconnect with your body, support your nervous system, and explore rest, breath, and gentle movement. Week 3 — Rising Forward: Clarify what you’re ready to step into, strengthen boundaries, and choose intentional next steps. Integration Section: Anchor what you’re taking with you and gently weave it into daily life.
